So, how do we do what we do?
We believe that simplicity is revolutionary. We charge one fair, flat fee per transaction — and we pay our Realtors salaries.
- Each expert on our team is a full-time, salaried employee with no broker commission split required. You’ll see it in the care and time they give to you, and you’ll see it in your wallet, too.
- Buyers and sellers will incur one flat fee of $2,500 for every transaction.
- Note to buyers: If commission offered to buyer’s agent exceeds $2500, we use the difference to negotiate a lower price for y ou.
