So, how do we do what we do?

We believe that simplicity is revolutionary. We charge one fair, flat fee per transaction — and we pay our REALTORS® salaries.

  • Each specialist on our team is a full-time, salaried employee with no broker commission split required.  You’ll see it in the care and time they give to you, and you’ll see it in your wallet, too.
  • Buyers and sellers will incur one flat fee for every transaction.
    • Note to sellers: We also advise offering a traditional buyer’s agent an industry-standard commission to attract buyers from other agencies.
    • Note to buyers: If the commission offered to the buyer’s agent exceeds our flat fee, we use the difference to negotiate a lower price for you.
