Ben & Jude learned another lesson after two more years of witnessing and participating in a highly inefficient industry. They also noticed that the real estate transaction was like a chess game between two realtors, and you needed a realtor who had “played this game” before. The only way for realtors to get good at being a realtor was to do it over and over again.
