Jude and Ben started their construction company in 2014. After working with traditional commission-based realtors to bring their builds to the market, they realized that most realtors didn’t provide enough value to back up their commission fees. They identified that there was a value to a good realtor; that value, though, should not be tied to the value of the house that was being bought or sold. That’s when WiseMove was formed.

Ben & Jude learned another lesson after two more years of witnessing and participating in a highly inefficient industry. Once WiseMove was operational, they started to see that it took about 40 man hours to help someone buy or sell a house. They also noticed that the real estate transaction was like a chess game between two realtors, and you needed a realtor who had “played this game” before. The only way for realtors to get good at being a realtor was to do it over and over again.
