Two of the three rates we track ticked up by a few percentage points while the 5-Year Adjustable Mortage Rate decreased by .09%. The Federal Reserve meets again at the end of this month after the newest consumer and economic reports come out. Though they didn’t raise rates after the last meeting they did say that there was room for rates to go up again pending the economic outlook.
