Tips for preparing your home for pictures & listing on the market:

Deep clean

Remove all personal pictures

Remove or rearrange furniture

Clear everything off of counters, dressers, etc.

Spruce up your landscaping, even just by cutting grass!

Fresh paint, if needed

Pressure wash exterior of house, if needed
